Our team believes that every celebration should be a celebration of everything that makes you- YOU! So we LOVE to meet our clients for a glass of bubbly, some sweets or a coffee (we know planning can be hard work!) to discuss all your Pinterest fuelled daydreams, midnight- screenshot frenzies and all those boring little details you don’t need to worry about!


It is all in the details so we ask that our clients help us get ready by sending through their Pinterest board or picture files (be it 1 or 100) so we can get an insight into what makes your heart race! Swatches of your dress and the girls dresses are fabulous and really help us complete your ‘look’.


We offer our clients obligation free consultations as…¬†We understand that planning is a hectic time so in addition to our standard consultations we also offer after- hours, email and phone consultations based upon time and location preferences to work around the busy schedules of our lovely clients. Due to our close relationships with some of Brisbane’s top venues we are able to accommodate our clients at locations in the city as well as at our new studio (we are currently customising our space but will be available to take appointments shortly- contact us to book your appointment!).

Our initial consultation is what we like to fondly refer to as ‘the first date’ as we get to know you, chat about your vision, review your requirements and budget, discuss your venues, show our recent work and give you some creative input! If you are a little unsure where you want to take your vision- no fear- our team is awesome at pulling one idea, picture or element you LOVE and creating something magical!


Approximately one week after our initial consultation, we will send through your detailed proposal complete with gorgeous inspiration and details. We understand that to most this may be their first foray into the planning and styling foray and as such you may not know what your budget is or should be, so we base our quotes on your wish- list and dream event to give our clients and our team somewhere to start. We offer complimentary amendments to clients who let us know of any budget we may need to work with. Our team has years of experience and oodles of creativity so we are always happy to recommend a few tweaks which may work without sacrificing the overall look of your event!


Upon approval of your proposal, we require a signed copy of the first page be emailed through to confirm your booking and agreement to our terms and conditions. A 50% non- refundable booking deposit is due to lock in your date, with the balance due one month prior to your event.
